Welcome to Tamarack Creek Co.—a place shaped by quiet woods, worn hands, and the steady rhythm of making things well.

By visiting our shop or bringing our goods into your home, you agree to the following terms. We’ve written them plainly, the way we live and work—honest, respectful, and grounded.

1. A NOTE ON OUR WORK

Everything you find here is made by hand, in small batches, with care and intention.

That means:

No two items are exactly alike
Colors, textures, and scents may vary
Natural materials behave like nature does—beautifully, but not identically

We believe that’s part of the charm.

2. USING OUR GOODS

Our products are made to be used, worn, enjoyed, and lived with—but thoughtfully.

When it comes to body care, perfumes, and herbal goods:

Please test a small amount first (a patch test)
Discontinue use if irritation occurs

Every body is different, and we can’t predict how yours will respond.

3. HERBS, TEAS, & TRADITIONAL USE

Our herbal blends, teas, salves, and infused goods are rooted in traditional use and folk knowledge.

They are not medical products, and we do not make medical claims.

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, it’s wise to speak with a qualified professional before use.

4. MATERIALS FROM THE EARTH

We work with raw and natural materials—stones, leather, botanicals, metals.

This means:

Gemstones may include natural inclusions or variations
Leather will age, soften, and change over time
Hand-forged and woven pieces may carry slight irregularities

These are marks of authenticity, not flaws.

5. ALLERGY & SENSITIVITY NOTICE

Our products may contain:

Botanical ingredients
Essential oils
Nut-derived oils or butters
Beeswax or other natural materials

Customers with allergies should review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We do our very best to ensure that no cross contamination occurs, but our products are made in a location where the above materials are processed.

6. A WORD ON SAFETY

Some items we offer are not suited for young children.

Please use care with:

Jewelry (small parts)
Candles and wax melts (open flame & heat)
Glass containers

Use all products responsibly and with awareness of your surroundings.

7. ORDERS & SHIPPING

We pack each order with care and send it on its way as soon as we can.

Processing times are typically 3 to 5 business days
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination

Once a package leaves our hands, it travels beyond our control. Delays due to weather, carriers, or incorrect addresses are outside our reach—but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

8. RETURNS & MAKING THINGS RIGHT

Because many of our goods are personal or perishable in nature, we generally do not accept returns on used items.

That said—if something arrives damaged or not as it should be:

Reach out within 7 days of delivery
Include a photo and a short note

We stand by our work and will do our best to make things right.

9. CUSTOM WORK & QUOTES

Custom pieces—whether leather, jewelry, or artwork—are made just for you.

These require additional time
Custom Orders must be paid in full prior to starting work on them
Once work has begun, they cannot be refunded
Each piece will carry the natural variation of handmade craft
Quotes for custom metal items are only honored for 5 business days, or .05% market price change, due to metal price fluctuation

10. OUR WORDS, OUR WORK

All writing, imagery, product names, and designs you see here belong to Tamarack Creek Co.

They come from long hours of thought, making, and refining.

Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.

11. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

We make things in small runs, often with limited materials.

Because of that:

Availability may change without notice
Prices may shift as material costs and time demand it

12. RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to do so with care and personal responsibility.

Tamarack Creek Co. is not liable for:

Misuse of products
Allergic reactions
Indirect or incidental damages

We offer our goods in good faith—and trust they’ll be used the same way.

13. PRIVACY

Your trust matters.

We only use your information to:

Process orders
Communicate with you
Provide customer support

We do not sell or share your information with outside parties.

14. CHANGES OVER TIME

Just like the seasons, things shift.
